I’m not a dermatologist, an esthetician, or a hair guru — I’m just a girl who’s spent way too many late nights deep-diving into Reddit threads and YouTube routines trying to get her skin to calm down and her confidence to glow up.
I also have PCOS, which means that my skin and hormones are on their own chaotic schedule — and that’s made this journey extra real.
